What the Package Includes

This service combines three key stages: a pre-works risk review, independent construction quality oversight, and final snagging and compliance checks.
We review technical documentation, contractor scopes, and project specifications to identify potential legal, financial, and construction risks. This includes flagging areas that may require planning approval, licences, or specialist certification. Our role is not to approve works, but to highlight risk and compliance exposure so it can be addressed before it becomes a costly problem.
During the works, we carry out staged site inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and building systems against the agreed scope and standards.
At completion, we provide a full snagging and condition report, together with compliance observations and maintenance guidance to support safe use, resale, or letting of the property.
